The booking comes with 6 hours which includes your event time, set up, and break down.

​All events must end by 12am.

50% of the total is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due the month of your event. An event proposal will be sent via email with a contract and invoice. You can make the payment with your card and sign the contract online.

You can bring in your own vendors such as food, beverage, alcohol, decor, staff, etc.

$500 REFUNDABLE security deposit for all events

Events with alcohol require one or two security guards. It will depend on the type of event and the number of guests you have.
